We're Pet Friendly!

Pets of all sizes are welcome at Victoria Manor. We enjoy meeting and visiting with our 4-legged Residents. Stop by the Leasing Office at any time to pick up a treat.

Victoria Manor has two fully fenced off-leash pet walks. One even has agility equipment to give you and your dog activities you can enjoy together. We regularly schedule doggy play dates so that you can get to know your neighbors that have pets as well.

We have supplied many doggie clean up stations around the community so that we can all enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds, without worry.

Two pet-wash stations have been added for your convenience. One for large dogs and one for small dogs.

Victoria Manor enforces aggressive breed restrictions, including but not limited to Pit-Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and Chows.
