Application Instructions:
1. Fill out the application completely; all information is necessary
to qualify for your new home. Qualifying criteria is listed below.
2. Attach a check in the amount of $50.00 for the application fee, plus
a check in the amount of $149.00 for all additional move-in fees. (make
checks payable to Victoria Manor Apartments) Please note that the application
fee is non-refundable, and the move-in fees become non-refundable after
72 hours.
3. Mail the application with the two (2) checks to:

4. Please be sure to specify what size apartment you want, when you
would like to move in, and any preferences you are looking for, i.e. which
floorplan you prefer, what floor you would like to be on, etc.
5. You will be contacted within 3 days of receipt of your application,
via the telephone number that you list on the application, or any other
communication method that you specify (email, first class mail, etc.)
